Refund policy

General:

We want to ensure a satisfactory customer experience that’s why our return policy is set for 30 days of delivery. You can return or exchange almost everything within 30 days of delivery for a full Refund or Exchange.

Once we have received and inspected your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your exchange order will be processed and delivered within 15 business days. In case of refund, it will be issued within 7 business days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 days depending on your payment method.

The customer is also entitled to refund/return, in the following cases

·         Wrong product received by the customer

·         Products have some defects

·         Product damaged in shipping

·         Product has tampered with

In case of receiving a defective product, please get in touch with us within 2 working days.

Regular products can be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit, whereas, bespoke or made-to-measure products may not be returned under any circumstances.

Also please note that in case of returns, customers would have to bear charges for shipping back the item to us and receiving it back. Our CS agent will share the charges with you upfront, and no hidden fees will apply.

Return Policy for Gloves & Boots:

·         Returned items (shoes or gloves) must be unworn, unwrinkled, undamaged (no scratches, stains, or tears on the sole, upper, exterior, or lining), and in re-sellable condition.

·         Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your return will be processed within 7 working days.

·         Standard-size items are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

·         Made-to-measure or other customized orders cannot be returned.

·         We reserve the right to refuse returns/refunds that do not meet these criteria.

 

Black Friday Sale Policy:

We appreciate your interest in our Black Friday Sale, where we are excited to offer our best deals. Please note that we do not accept refund requests for items purchased during the Black Friday sale or any other promotional sale.

 

Custom Orders Returns:

Personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances. Please understand that your custom order is specially made for you. All details including style, material, accessories are as per your choice and we are not likely to sell it to anyone else.
